Main ResponsibilitiesConduct health and safety gym inductions with all clientsCarry out client physical ability assessments Conduct regular environmental risk assessmentsProvide both group and individual exercise & fitness sessionsInstruct clients on basic exercise physiology, lifting and exercise techniquesCreate and review client exercise & fitness training plans.Deliver exercise & fitness educational workshops Organize group activities such as walks, pool activities, badminton, mountain biking, etc Produce, record sessions and update client electronic case notesAttend case management and staff team meetingsAttend clinical supervision, line management reviews and staff support sessions.

What We're Looking ForHas fluent English and Hindi communication skillsBrings genuine empathy and emotional intelligenceIs highly organized and detail-orientedHas 1+ years of experience in similar rolesDiploma/valid certification in fitness trainingGraduate in any discipline
