Location: Lake Orion, MI 48362
Start/End Date: April 14th, 2026 - End of the School Year
Grade Levels/Caseload: Supporting two middle schools, mixed caseload of resource room/self-contained classrooms
Hourly Range: $45-$60/hour, based on experience and qualifications
PTO: Prorated based on your start date.

AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy in Lake Orion, Michigan. This role will support two of the district's middle schools each within 10 minutes from each other. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team and have your own dedicated office space in each building.

Responsibilities
- Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
- Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
- Enjoy a dedicated office space For therapy sessions and planning.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
