About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech/Language Pathologist to join our team and work with children requiring speech, language, and communication support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in childrenEvaluate articulation, fluency, voice, and receptive & expressive language skillsDevelop and implement individualized therapy plans based on developmental needsProvide speech and language therapy using evidence-based practicesAddress feeding and swallowing difficulties, where applicableSupport children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, and learning disabilitiesImplement AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems for non-verbal or minimally verbal childrenCollaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teamsEducate caregivers on home-based communication strategiesMonitor progress and modify therapy goals as requiredMaintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reportsParticipate in early intervention and school-based programs

Who Can Apply:

Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) clinical certification preferredLicensed or eligible for licensing as a Speech-Language PathologistPassion for working with children with Autism and special educational needs
