Job Description:
We are hiring a Technical Support Analyst to provide support for Autodesk tools including AutoCAD, Revit, and 3DS Max. The role involves assisting users in the AEC domain with technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless tool usage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for AutoCAD, Revit, and 3DS Max usersHandle installation, activation, and licensing-related issuesPerform L1 troubleshooting for configuration and technical problemsGuide users on drafting, BIM modeling, and visualization workflowsManage customer queries via chat, email, and phoneEscalate complex issues to higher support teamsMaintain accurate case documentation and reports
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max (minimum 2 mandatory)Knowledge of BIM modeling, drafting, and visualization workflowsExperience in technical troubleshooting (L1 support)Familiarity with AEC domain (Architecture/Civil/Interior Design)Experience in ticketing tools and escalation handlingStrong communication and problem-solving skills
Education:Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field
