Job Description:Review and document requests for information provision together with the requester in accordance with the specified forms and applicable regulations to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and alignment with data sources.Develop program scripts based on the submitted request forms to provide accurate information.Execute reward distribution processes to customers in accordance with applicable policies.Build automation for information provisioning to improve turnaround time (TAT) and minimize errors from manual processes.Provide data-driven insights to enhance profitability, cost efficiency, and optimize productivity.

Job Requirement:Proficient in SAS scripting.Proficient in SQL scripting.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Familiar with data within Permata Bank (preferred).Able to work in a team and deliver tasks accurately and promptly.Strong communication and presentation skills.
