Position Description: Our client is seeking Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents for a remote customer support role. This entry-level opportunity requires relocation to Greece, after which the role will be carried out remotely in accordance with operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support customers in Spanish via phone, email, and online communication channels
- Provide accurate information related to products or services
- Resolve customer inquiries by following established processes
- Record customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems
- Meet service quality standards and performance objectives
- Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate support teams
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish
- Good working knowledge of English (level B2)
- Previous customer service experience is not required
- Comfortable using computers and support tools
- Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
