Sourcing & New Product Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:• Product Ideation & PlanningOwn product development from concept to launch. Define product requirements, scope,timelines, and success criteria.• Cross-functional CollaborationAct as the central coordination point between design, engineering, sourcing, quality, supplychain, and marketing teams.• Product Development & PrototypingWork with internal teams and manufacturers to develop prototypes, review designs, andvalidate samples.• Vendor & Partner ManagementCollaborate with suppliers and manufacturers across product categories and manageongoing relationships.• Quality & Compliance OversightSupport testing, validation, inspections, and corrective actions to meet quality standards.• Cost & Timeline ManagementTrack budgets and timelines, lag risks early, and drive timely resolution.• Market & Customer InsightSupport market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking.• Documentation & ReportingMaintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.• Product Launch SupportCoordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams for successful productlaunches. Qualifications:• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Product Design, Management, or relatedfield.• 1-3 years of experience in product development or NPD roles.• Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality, and sourcing worklows.• Excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
