Software Engineering - Custom Software Engineer

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders to address challenges and share progress. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.

Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture Expertise in backend development Strong knowledge of designing and implementing scalable microservices-based systems. Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.

Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native application design. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in microservices environments. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required."
