Role Overview

The Senior ServiceNow Developer (TSM & OMT) is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting telecom-specific solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong domain knowledge of telecommunications workflows, and leadership in guiding end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development
• Configure and customize ServiceNow TSM ,OMT ,CPQ modules.
• Build telecom order flows, product catalogs, and service models.
• Develop workflows, client/server scripts, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Implementation & Delivery
• Lead full lifecycle implementations of TSM & OMT.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Partner with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and guide agile sprint delivery.
• Document technical designs and maintain system configurations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 5–10 years in ServiceNow development, with at least 3+ years in TSM & OMT modules.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow TSM, and OMT.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with telecom order orchestration and product catalog workflows.
• Domain Knowledge: BSS , Telecommunications processes, order management, and service delivery models.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). – Must Have
• ServiceNow Certified Developer (CAD)-Must Have
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM/CSM- Good to have
• ServiceNow Trainings for Telecom Order Management , Telecom Service Management -Good To Have
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise telecom implementations.
