Role Summary This position is a mid to senior-level Product Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative software solutions that support organizational objectives. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging AI-enabled technologies, and adopting modern development practices to deliver high-quality, production-ready applications. A strong focus on responsible AI integration and continuous learning characterizes this role, which plays a key part in shaping internal technology products.

Responsibilities Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of complex software solutions, ensuring they meet organizational standards and requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, technical specifications, and deliverables. Document software architectures, systems, and processes to support ongoing maintenance and improvement efforts.

Partner with business teams to implement AI capabilities responsibly and creatively across enterprise, operational, and product workflows. Incorporate generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development to solve real-world business problems. Build or integrate AI-backed features into production systems, responsibly experimenting with emerging tools, platforms, and frameworks.

Stay current with advances in AI technology, continuously learning and applying new methodologies to improve solutions. Maintain, enhance, and support existing applications to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT standards. Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset through ongoing professional development.

Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to team success and innovation. Qualifications High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, or an Associate’s degree with at least 8 years of IT experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field with at least 5 years of IT experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Demonstrates exceptional organizational and communication skills with a strong commitment to safety. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Expert-level programming skills in relevant languages, frameworks, and technologies.

Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern methodologies. Experience designing scalable, maintainable software systems. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Proficiency in database querying and design. Preferred experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), AI technologies (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub, Figma), and Azure DevOps. Experience leading AI-enabled projects with a focus on responsible innovation and ethical practices.

Availability for hybrid work schedule, combining in-office and remote work. Publishing Pay Range: $57.00 - $60.00 hourly This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
