The Licensed Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.
The BH LCSW independently practices in an evaluation or treatment setting dedicated to evaluation and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The BH LCSW will collaborate with patient/support system in evaluating, diagnosing patients utilizing current edition Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and/or providing specialized psychotherapy services as described in CPT to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Utilizing established approaches and standards the BH LCSW will complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others, complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety.
The Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.
The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The CSWA incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change.
Licensed Professional Counselor
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field
- Upon hire: Oregon Professional Counselor License
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
- Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
Licensed Professional Counselor Salary Range: Min: $, Max: $
Social Worker LCSW
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. Notes: (1) License in states wherever care is delivered
- 2 years of Post Master's experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Professional Counselor
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling or related field
- Upon hire: Oregon Professional Counselor License Or
- Upon hire: Oregon Professional Counselor Associate License - Oregon Board of Licensed Counselors and Therapists
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
- Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Social Worker MSW
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Worker
- Within 60 days of hire Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
