Services Coordinator - PartnershipsNottingham£32,800 - £38,700 per annumFTC until 31st March 2027Are you someone who enjoys building strong partnerships, working with data, and making services better for customers?We're looking for a Services Coordinator to join our Homes and Wellbeing team. You'll play a key role in ensuring services across our communities are delivered to a high standard, working closely with managing agents, external providers, colleagues and customers. This is a Fixed-term role until 31 March 2027.If you thrive on collaboration, problem-solving and making things run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doingYou'll take the lead on managing partnerships and service delivery across a number of schemes.
Day to day, you will:Act as the main point of contact for external support providers and managing agentsBuild strong relationships with customers, colleagues and partnersMonitor and manage service level agreements and contracts, ensuring high standards are metPrepare and analyse KPIs, performance data and management reportsWork within budgets, monitoring spend and identifying value for money opportunitiesYour work will directly influence the quality of services our customers receive every day.What you'll bringWe're looking for someone who can combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication and partnership working:Experience in contract monitoring, KPI development, quality frameworks or management information systemsStrong numeracy skills with confidence managing budgets and dataExcellent communication skills, with a diplomatic and customer-focused approachAbility to solve problems logically and fairlyConfidence working with stakeholders and presenting complex information clearlyFull driving licence and access to a vehicle, unless a disability precludes this.Why join us?You'll be joining a team that's passionate about delivering excellent services and creating thriving communities.
