Executive Summary This is not a traditional ServiceNow developer position. The role is essentially a ServiceNow Platform Engineer / Change Governance Lead / Unauthorized Change Detection Program Manager responsible for building and operating an enterprise-wide control framework that identifies unauthorized system changes across infrastructure, applications, databases, and mainframe environments. The successful candidate will need a combination of: ServiceNow Platform expertise ITIL Change Enablement knowledge Event Management / ITOM experience Security and compliance mindset Financial services governance experience Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder management skills Automation and workflow design capabilities Location: Madisonville (Cincinnati, OH) Experience: 7–15+ Years Required Skills Breakdown Critical Skills (Must Have) ServiceNow Platform (10/10) Candidate should possess: ServiceNow Change Management Event Management (ITOM) CMDB CSDM Flow Designer IntegrationHub ServiceNow Workflow Automation Dashboard Creation Reporting Change Management / ITIL (10/10) Must understand: Change Enablement CAB Processes Change Reconciliation Unauthorized Change Detection Incident Correlation Problem Management ITIL 4 Framework Business Analysis (9/10) This role requires: Requirements gathering Process mapping Workflow design Data mapping Stakeholder interviews Gap analysis Governance documentation Security & Compliance (8/10) Experience with: Change controls Audit evidence collection Regulatory compliance Control design Risk management Financial services controls Integration Experience (8/10) Must demonstrate experience integrating: ServiceNow Tripwire Monitoring tools Mainframe systems Enterprise applications JavaScript / Scripting (7/10) Experience with: ServiceNow scripting Business Rules Script Includes API Integrations Event processing Nice-to-Have Skills Tripwire Particularly valuable because it is specifically called out in the environment.
