Service Assistant

We are seeking Service Assistants with experience in fast-paced environments who have a positive and team-oriented demeanor. The Duck & The Peach , La Collina and The Wells are looking for experienced service assistants to join our team! We are a trio of restaurants in Capitol Hill offering a thoughtful dining experience inspired by the seasons and American tradition.

Our menu highlights fresh, locally sourced ingredients, paired with exceptional hospitality in a relaxed yet refined setting. Service assistants support the team with food running, bussing, and polishing. Food knowledge is an expectation as well as cleanliness, organization, and time management.
