Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Salary: $100,000-150,000 base plus discretionary bonus

An elite trading firm is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join their team.

What you'll do:

1. System performance optimization and real-time monitoring
2. OS tuning and configuration enhancements
3. Developing and implementing automation strategies
4. Infrastructure capacity planning to support growth and scalability
5. Modernizing and maintaining core infrastructure
6. Researching and developing new tools and infrastructure solutions

What you'll need:

1. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in system engineering or administration.
2. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, and Python
3. Strong familiarity with various Linux distributions (e.g., Red Hat, Rocky, Ubuntu)
4. Expertise in DNS server management
5. Experience with system automation and process optimization
6. General understanding of automation frameworks
7. Knowledge of mail server administration
8. Experience in network storage management

This role is open to remote workers based in the US. At this time the team is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
