Summary of the RoleThis role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationship with existing customer. This role required a strategic approach for sales and strong negotiation skill. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target and deep understanding of the industry
Key Functions / ResponsibilitiesSales and Revenue GenerationDevelop and execute strategic sales plan and exceed the targetIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generationBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and repeat businessConduct product presentations to potential customers / KOL
Client Relationship ManagementServe as a primary point of contact for high value customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptlyCollaborate with marketing to enhance customer engagement and retentionHandling customer complaint
Market and Competitive AnalysisStay Update on the industry trends, competitor activities, market situation and market intelligence to adjust sales strategies accordinglyProvide feedback to management on customer needs, market demands, and potential product improvements.
Sales Reporting and ForecastingMaintain accurate record of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in dashboard reportPrepare regular sales reports and forecasts in respected territory / account for leaders to review
Leadership and MentorshipShare best practice and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
Functional / Technical SkillsGood communication and willingness to learn.Self-starter with strong results orientation and success in moving business toward long-term goalsExperience in cardiovascular therapy or industryFamiliarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the medical device industry.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Education & ExperienceMinimum bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering or pharmacyMinimum 2-5 years of experience in medical sales is mandatory Experience managing cardiovascular portfolio is mandatoryWillingness to be based in Surabaya as this role will be managing East Java Region
