Position Summary
We are seeking a Quality Analyst (QA Analyst) to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of complex digital and web-based platforms.
The QA Analyst will design, execute, and automate test cases to validate functionality across front-end, backend, mobile, and API integrations.
This role will collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to maintain testing excellence within Agile environments — ensuring seamless digital experiences for enterprise-level users and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for enterprise digital and web platforms.
- Create comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test data, and test scripts based on business and system requirements.
- Conduct frontend, backend, mobile, and API testing across multiple environments.
- Manage defect tracking and reporting using Jira/Zephyr; generate dashboards and progress metrics.
- Lead test case reviews, risk assessments, and sprint retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate integrations across digital sales channels.
- Perform SQL-based data validation using Oracle or SQL Server.
- Execute performance, regression, and load testing using industry-standard tools.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business and compliance needs.
- Participate in release planning, test environment setup, and deployment readiness.
- Champion QA best practices, automation standards, and continuous testing methodologies.
- Document results and communicate findings clearly to developers and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of QA experience in digital/web/cloud-based product environments.
- Experience testing frontend, mobile, and backend APIs in Agile and hybrid environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Jira/Zephyr for defect tracking, reporting, and metrics.
- Strong SQL skills (Oracle or SQL Server) for test data creation and validation.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Perfecto, Android Studio, and automation frameworks.
- Experience in load and performance testing using recognized tools.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Desired / Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience within the automotive industry or understanding of OEM–Dealer ecosystems.
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms and digital retailing applications.
- Prior Big 4 consulting experience preferred.
- Stable work history with large enterprise organizations.
