Due to their company reputation, culture and diverse project sectors, they are continuing to grow their project pipeline and are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to the team. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through close-out Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk management plans Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and change orders Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress and safety compliance Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff Manage project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft tools Willing to commute to Downtown Chicago area Job Offer Annual bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401K match PTO Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Industries Construction and Building Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
