ABOUT NUVERTOSNuvertOS is a health-tech SaaS company on a mission to digitize healthcare delivery across India. Ourcloud-based platform transforms clinical and administrative workflows for healthcare organizations -from single-specialty clinics to large multi-specialty hospital chains. We're building for a market wheremost healthcare operations still run on paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems.
Our productsuite includes next-generation hospital information systems (HIS) and pharmaceutical distributionplatforms - serving 600+ healthcare providers with technology that directly impacts patient care andoperational efficiency. NuvertOS is scaling rapidly with a presence in over 35 cities, bringing it alltogether: helping hospitals run more efficiently, clinicians focus on care, and patients get a betterexperience.
THE ROLEWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a critical product area at NuvertOS. You'll own thestrategy and execution for a significant part of our platform, drive cross-functional alignment, andhave a direct line to how healthcare organizations experience our product.This is not a "take tickets and write specs" role. You'll set the direction for your product area,influence company-level product strategy, mentor junior PMs, and be accountable for outcomes -not just output.
You'll work closely with engineering leads, design, and leadership to make high-stakesdecisions in a fast-moving environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO• Own and drive product strategy for your area. Define the vision, set the roadmap, and makethe hard prioritization calls that balance user needs, business goals, and technical reality• Go deep on customer problems. Spend time with hospital administrators, CXOs, doctors,nurses, and operations teams.
Build a strong point of view on where the product should go next• Identify and size new opportunities. Analyze usage data, market trends, and competitivedynamics to find high-leverage bets for platform expansion• Drive adoption, activation, and retention across different customer segments. You'll own themetrics and be accountable for moving them• Write crisp PRDs and drive execution.
Work with engineering leads and design to shiphigh-quality product. Unblock the team, make trade-off calls, and keep delivery on track

- Influence product strategy beyond your area. Contribute to company-level product direction,bring a cross-functional perspective, and help shape how we think about the platform as a whole• Partner with sales, customer success, and implementation on go-to-market. Ensure what webuild gets adopted and delivers value• Balance platform health with feature velocity. Make smart trade-offs between newcapabilities, tech debt, and reliability - especially critical in healthcare where uptime matters• Stay sharp on the regulatory landscape. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• 5-8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least one cycle of owning aproduct area end to end - from strategy through execution to measurable outcomes• Domain experience in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated industry. You've builtproducts for workflows where mistakes have real consequences. Healthcare is preferred, butfintech, insurance, logistics, or other operationally heavy domains count too• Strong technical fluency.
You can hold your own in architecture discussions, understand APIdesign, reason about data models, and collaborate with engineering as a peer• Proven ability to drive outcomes, not just ship features. You think in terms of adoption,retention, and business impact - not just PRDs and launches• Experience influencing without authority. You've aligned engineering, design, sales, andleadership around a shared direction, even when priorities conflict• Sharp analytical thinking.
You're comfortable digging into data, running analyses, and usingnumbers to inform decisions - not just gut feel• Excellent written and verbal communication. You can write a clear strategy doc, present toleadership, and run a productive cross-functional meeting• MBA or Master's degree preferred, but skills, judgment, and track record matter mostGreat to Have• Deep familiarity with the Indian healthcare market: how hospitals operate, how procurementworks, what digitization looks like on the ground• Experience mentoring or leading other PMs• Experience working in a scaling startup environment (Series A-C stage)• Comfort with product and project tools like Linear, Figma, Notion, or similar
