Senior Product Designer

We’re Hiring: Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) – B2C Gaming At Baazi Games , we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (5–10 years) to craft engaging, high-converting user experiences for our gaming platforms. If you love designing for consumer apps, gamification, and high-engagement products , this could be a great fit. ️ Core Skills: Strong UI/UX fundamentals with a focus on visual design & interaction design Expertise in mobile-first design and design systems Hands-on with Figma (components, prototyping, design systems) Deep understanding of gamification, user behavior & retention loops Ability to design for high-engagement, real-time consumer products ️ What we’re looking for: 5–10 years of Product Design experience Strong UI UX fundamentals (mobile-first) Experience in B2C apps / gaming / RMG / fintech preferred Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping) Strong understanding of user behavior, conversion & retention Experience designing game UI / game interfaces (mobile preferred) Exposure to Games-as-a-Service (live ops, engagement loops, retention systems) Strong UI craft visual design interaction design (typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion) Ability to design for high engagement, rewards, and gamification systems Ability to work hands-on as an IC and gradually build/scale design function Role expectation: Start as a hands-on individual contributor Gradually help build and scale the design function Work closely with Product, Engineering and Game teams Crafting visually rich, intuitive and high-performing mobile-first UI Player onboarding & KYC journeys Gameplay & lobby experience Wallet, payments & rewards UX Retention, engagement & gamification systems ⭐ Bonus: Experience in gaming / real-money gaming (RMG)/ fantasy / social gaming Exposure to gamification & behavioral design Understanding of player psychology, retention loops, monetization UX Motion / micro-interactions experience
