Job Title: Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition / HRBPDepartment: Human Resources (US Healthcare Staffing) Location: Noida (Onsite)Shift: US Shift (5 Days Working)
Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic professional to handle a dual role of Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Business Partner (HRBP) within a US healthcare staffing environment. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals while partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent AcquisitionLead end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied professionals)Manage sourcing through job portals, ATS, VMS/MSP platformsEnsure adherence to hiring SLAs (TAT, submission ratios, closures)Manage recruiter team performance and productivity
HRBP Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and resource managementHandle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiativesManage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)Address employee grievances and ensure positive work culture
General:Track and report HR metrics (attrition, hiring TAT, offer-to-join ratio)Ensure compliance with US employment and healthcare staffing regulationsDrive HR process improvements and automation
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred)10-12+ years of experience in US staffing (healthcare preferred)Strong experience in TA and HRBP rolesTeam handling and stakeholder management experienceKnowledge of US hiring practices and employment standardsCandidates should have client-facing experienceExperience in US healthcare staffing is preferredStrong communication skills are a must
