Senior Manager, Strategy Management & Programme Evaluation

This is a full-time permanent position based on-site in Resorts World Sentosa. Job DescriptionAnalyse and interpret business performance reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and highlight implications for management actionConduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business intelligence to support strategy formulation and business planningSynthesize insights into concise, management-ready materialsSupport Assistant Directors / Directors in the preparation of ad-hoc analysis, business cases, and presentation materials for management and business unitsPerform feasibility studies and program evaluation, financial models, and scenario analyses as required, including documenting assumptions and key sensitivitiesCommunicate and/or present findings, recommendations in a clear, concise manner to management / stakeholdersMaintain structured databases and knowledge repositories to support ongoing analysis and institutional learning, ensuring proper documentation and version control Requirements:7 to 9 years of experience, including mentoring junior team members and leading workstreams, in areas of strategy, business analysis, consulting, or analyticsStrong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and financial modellingSolid understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and performance managementExceptional communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills
