Job Overview
As Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Technology, you will architect and scale the data foundation that powers our marketing strategy. This role defines how we measure performance, understand customer engagement, and activate growth with confidence.
Role
This is a high-impact, highly visible role with direct influence on how Marketing and Sales operate, measure success, and drive growth. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and Data Science to:
- Orchestrate the end-to-end revenue funnel (inquiry through renewal/expansion)
- Build a scalable, future‑ready data and analytics foundation
- Deliver actionable insights that shape executive decision‑making
- Standardize measurement, campaign execution, and experimentation
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Performance Analytics & Revenue Insights
- Define KPI frameworks across funnel health, pipeline velocity, marketing contribution, and revenue performance
- Build the analytical foundation for planning, forecasting, and executive decision‑making
- Identify ICPs, buying behaviors, and reactivation opportunities to inform growth strategies
- Deliver actionable insights that shape strategy and executive narratives
- Quantify funnel friction and its impact on conversion, velocity, and revenue
Data Modeling, BI & Analytics Delivery
- Partner with IT and Data teams to define data requirements and validate models aligned to business processes
- Architect and deliver scalable Power BI dashboards and data models
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of enterprise reporting
- Lead advanced and ad‑hoc analyses to inform key business decisions
Cross‑Functional Partnership & Data Alignment
- Align Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and IT on KPI definitions, funnel metrics, and reporting frameworks
- Integrate product, regional, and channel data into unified views of performance
- Serve as Marketing stakeholder for data governance, compliance, and system integrations
- Influence lead management measurement, data quality standards, and platform decisions
AI, Experimentation & Advanced Analytics
- Identify and scale opportunities in predictive analytics, segmentation, and automated insight generation
- Apply test‑and‑learn methodologies (A/B, MVT) to drive continuous optimization
- Build a scalable, AI‑ready analytics foundation aligned to future growth
Governance, Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and maintain KPI definitions, taxonomies, and reporting standards
- Drive documentation, governance practices, and adoption of analytics frameworks
- Lead change enablement efforts (training, communication, adoption tracking)
- Champion a culture of data quality, transparency, and continuous improvement
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Applied Data Analytics, or related field
- 7–10+ years in marketing analytics, operations, or revenue insights roles architecting and analyzing complex B2B datasets
- Advanced expertise in:
- Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development)
- SQL for data validation, transformation, and analysis
- Predictive modeling and statistical analysis
- Proven track record building KPI frameworks, funnel analytics, pipeline modeling, and revenue reporting at scale
- Hands‑on experience integrating data across marketing, sales, and finance systems (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation, ERP)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive‑level recommendations
- Experience leading cross‑functional alignment across Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and IT
Preferred Qualifications & Expertise
- MBA or advanced degree in data analytics
- Background in CRO, life sciences, or healthcare environments preferred
- Deep understanding of B2B commercial models, including funnel dynamics, pipeline velocity, and multi‑product environments
- Strong grasp of martech architecture, data modeling, and system integration best practices
- Experience establishing experimentation programs and measurement frameworks (A/B, MVT, attribution, incrementality)
- Exposure to enterprise‑scale initiatives (e.g., platform transformations, global standardization, data modernization)
- Familiarity with marketing and data ecosystems (e.g., CDP, GA4, GTM, ABM/intent platforms)
- Working knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliant measurement approaches
Compensation Data
The pay range for this position in the USA is $103K - $145K USD. Salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and any collective agreements, if applicable. Remote candidates located outside the USA should be aware that the relevant pay range varies by country and location.
