Senior Manager – Commercial Finance & Marketing Performance (APAC w/o China)The Senior Manager – Commercial Finance & Marketing Performance acts as a strategic finance partner to Marketing and Retail and is responsible for driving regional sales and profitable growth through disciplined Advertising & Promotion (A&P) management, lead generation optimization and sales funnel performance improvement.

- A&P OptimizationDefine, monitor, and report key performance metrics:Cost per Lead (CPL)Cost per Qualified Lead (CPQL)Cost per Acquisition (CPA)Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)Evaluate performance by channel, campaign, customer segment and optimize the mixIdentify diminishing returns and optimal investment levelsAlign A&P investments with store capacity and conversion efficiencyProvide methodological support to Group Companies (GCs) to improve local campaign tracking and effectiveness
- Sales Funnel Management & Conversion ImprovementDrive transparency and performance improvement across the full commercial funnel:Appointment bookingShow-up rateLead generationQualificationTrialSales conversionAverage Selling Price (ASP)Sales per Unit (SPU)Standardize funnel definitions and data tracking across regionImprove reliability of the sales funnel reportingIdentify leakage points and define countermeasuresAlign tools and processes between local teams and central functionsSupport initiatives to improve conversion rates and average transaction value
- Retail & Commercial Performance (Retail X / WHS X)• Benchmark stores on:Sales drivers (Volume, ASP, Non-HI sales)Profitability (Local Contribution Margin)FTE productivity (Sales per Store FTE)Conversion performance (QL to Sales)Identify performance gaps and support action planningAnalyse store-level and key account performance scorecardsSupport pricing and discount campaign decisions with financial impact analysisStandardize KPI calculations and reporting formats across the region
More about you: Minimum 10 years in commercial analytics, marketing effectiveness, or sales operations within retail/FMCG. Proven track record in managing full-funnel metrics (Lead-to-Sales) and A&P budget planning.Advanced proficiency in sales funnel modeling, scenario planning, and ROI analysis (CPL, CPA, ROAS). Strong ability to link marketing spend to revenue outcomes and predict trends.Deep understanding of retail KPIs (ASP, conversion rates, FTE productivity, margin) and experience benchmarking store performance to identify gaps.Skilled in translating regional targets into actionable funnel goals, optimizing budget allocation, and standardizing data definitions across markets.Expert in data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau) and advanced Excel.
Strong financial acumen for pricing and discount impact analysis.Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leadership, drive cross-functional alignment, and mentor local teams on best practices.
