Senior Manager / Associate Director, Product Content & Digital Marketing

About the Role

The individual is responsible for defining the value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Amundi’s investment solutions. The goal is to drive AUM growth by creating compelling narratives that resonate with our intermediary distribution channels including retail banks, private banks, advisory, insurance and digital platforms.

Job scope includes:

Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead fund launches by developing full marketing kits catered for the channels and end-clients.Content & Collateral Production: Create and maintain high-impact marketing materials, including pitch decks, fund brochures, placemats, FAQs, technical product presentations and digital collaterals.Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular peer analysis to identify competitors’ fund unique selling points and positioning vs the firm.Regional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader Asia marketing team to align product-related content and digital strategy to ensure consistent messaging, where required.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all materials strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal Amundi compliance frameworks.Assist with marketing related projects as and when required.

Requirements Degree in Marketing, Finance or Business or related field.A minimum of 8 years of product marketing experience, preferably within the funds management industry.CFA candidates are highly valued.Strong ability to translate complex portfolio management information into simple, persuasive client stories.Strong people and communication skills; Able to work well with stakeholders and leverage resources globally.Driven, team-player, self-starter & resourceful – Able to drive projects without close supervision. Strong work ethics, willing to go the extra mile, and desire to perform.Strong attention to detail.Ability to multi-task with varying priorities and work under a demanding environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
