We have over 105 retail locations and multiple web portals to meet our customers’ tactical gear needs.The Senior Lead Retail Sales Associate is responsible for all store operations to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
As the leader of the retail team, the Senior Lead Sales Associate must be a coach and motivator, driving continuous improvement in sales and satisfaction.WHAT TO DOManage the daily operations of a US Patriot store, including the supervision of all store employeesScheduling: Efficiently schedule all employees while taking into consideration each subordinate’s requests for hoursTraining: Sales/product training, upsell/cross sell, POS procedures, shelf facing and stocking, inventory:Sales and Merchandising: Will ensure products are fully stocked, correctly tagged, properly faced, and in the correct category. The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for creating a sales plan to meet the store’s sales obligationsMust know the gear (study catalogs) to assist customers. We need to suggest related items: example: they buy a holster, we suggest a pistol lanyard, magazine pouches, belt, etc.Encourage employees to perform by setting sales goals and a plan to meet store goalsHR Hiring and terminating employees based on the company's hiring processCustomer Experience: Ensure that customers have an outstanding, pleasant shopping experienceNew Items: Communicate customer requests to the District Manager and Planner so we can bring in new items as soon as possibleReceiving: Accurately receive all deliveries of merchandise to the store in a timely, accurate mannerInventory: There must be stock available for sale; the Lead Sales Associate must check inventory regularlyAdministration/Reporting will complete accurate, timely paperwork and reportsSafety is a priority.
