The Role
We're looking for a designer with 5+ years of experience who is ready to independently lead projects and take real ownership.
You'll be expected to:Lead residential projects from concept to handoverHandle clients confidently and independentlyOversee drawings and detailing qualityCoordinate with vendors and consultantsGuide junior designersBring structure and clarity to workflows
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to grow into a strong leadership position within a boutique studio.
