Senior Human Resources Business Partner

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Grade VII) to join a leading healthcare provider based in Cork.

This pivotal role supports the hospital’s mission by delivering high-quality HR, learning, and quality assurance services that enable clinical teams to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

• Support key areas including:
• Employee & Industrial Relations
• Workforce planning and resourcing
• Performance management and talent development
• HR projects and change initiatives
• Lead and support HR strategy delivery aligned to business goals
• Handle HR queries and provide practical, solutions-focused advice
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and services
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Support recruitment activities, including job design, interviews, and hiring decisions
• Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practice
• 5+ years’ experience in a HR Business Partner / Generalist role
• Strong experience in Employee & Industrial Relations (essential)
• Degree (Level 8+) in HR, Business, or related field
• Solid understanding of Irish employment law
• Proven ability to influence and support multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
