In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support our expanding operations in Indonesia. You will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy, managing cash flows, and providing strategic insights that drive the financial success of our state-of-the-art EV manufacturing facility. ✅ QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s Degree or Professional Certification like CFA/CMA is a plus)Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or TreasuryStrong expertise in Financial Modeling and BudgetingDeep understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Proven experience in managing Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenses (OPEX)Hands-on experience with SAP system is highly preferredExperience in cash flow forecasting and treasury managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Financial Modeling)Fluent in English and Bahasa IndonesiaExperience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a significant advantageWilling to work onsite at VinFast Factory – Subang

?️ Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute the company’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processesPerform detailed variance analysis between actual financial results and budgeted targetsMonitor and analyze production costs and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunitiesPrepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholdersOversee cash flow management, ensuring the company meets its financial obligations and liquidity targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Supply Chain, Sales) to support business decision-makingEvaluate investment proposals and conduct ROI analysis for new projects or equipmentMaintain internal controls and ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and local regulationsSupport external audits and provide necessary financial data and documentation
