Koch Engineered Solutions is hiring a Senior Finance Data Analyst in Wichita, KS.As a SeniorData Analyst on the KES Finance Data team, you willownthe standards, patterns, and enablement that allow Finance & Accounting to safely scale AI across the function. You will partner closely with IT and the Data & Analytics organization; you set the F&A direction,assist in the design ofagents, and educate theorganizationon how to useand scalethem. Our Team The KES Finance Data team sits inside KES Finance and Accounting and is accountable for the data that drives the finance capability. We are a high-leverage team that turns finance questions into reusable data products, not one-off reports. You will work directly with the Finance Data Leader and alongside analysts focused on reporting/prototyping, transactional finance data, and global reporting insights.
What You Will Do Define and maintain the F&A standards for AI agents;when to build, how to govern, how to evaluate, and how to retire Designand maintain reference AI agents that demonstrate approved patterns and serve as examples for future Finance and Accounting use cases. Operationalize semantic training so agents can reason over finance data with the right business context OwnF&A enablement and education;bring the rest of theorganizationalong so AI adoption is not bottlenecked on one team Partner with IT andDnAtodesignproven patterns for industrialization, while keepingorganizationstandards ownership in Finance Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience building or deploying AI/ML or agentic solutions in a business context Strong data fluency, including experience with SQL, Python, and modern data tooling Demonstrated ability defining and establishing standards, frameworks, or patterns others adopted, beyond use cases and one-off solutions. Experience partnering across businesscapabilities Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping a role rather than executing a defined one What Will Put You Ahead Hands-on experience with LLM-based agents, RAG patterns, or semantic layers over enterprise data Experience building or deploying AI/ML or agentic solutions in finance, accounting, or adjacent function Background in F&A processes, such as AR, AP, close, consolidation, FP&A, sufficient to design agents that finance teams trust Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI semantic models, or comparable platforms Prior experience operationalizing AI inside a regulated or audited function Exposure to Koch's Principle Based Management™ framework Our goal is for each employee, and their families, to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
