National Facilities Manager - Multi-Site - £85K-£95K We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded National Facilities Manager to lead Facilities Management across our retail client’s UK & Ireland portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for asset performance, compliance, supplier management, operational excellence and team development across a large, multi-site estate. As National Facilities Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership for the Facilities Management function, ensuring branches and support locations remain safe, compliant, efficient and welcoming for both customers and colleagues.
We're looking for someone with the ability to influence at all levels and drive performance across a complex multi-site environment. Essential Experience Significant senior-level Facilities Management experience within a large multi-site operation. Extensive experience managing outsourced FM providers and complex supplier contracts.
Strong track record of managing multi-million-pound CAPEX and OPEX budgets. Deep understanding of UK & Ireland health, safety and building compliance legislation. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
IWFM Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience). Key Skills: Strong commercial and financial acumen. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making. Exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities. Highly organised, adaptable and results focused.
Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 per annum + Benefits Location: West London office location, and regular UK travel
