Client: Well-known Organization Role: Senior Customer Success Manager - Political (DSP Focused) Pay Rate: $115,000 - $130,000 base salary Location: Fully Remote (East Coast Preferred) Position Overview The Senior Customer Success Manager will directly manage and grow relationships with political clients, serving as a strategic partner across campaign execution, optimization, and performance. This role requires deep expertise in programmatic advertising and hands‑on experience working within DSP platforms. The ideal candidate understands the fast‑paced nature of political advertising and thrives in high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environments.
Key Responsibilities Directly manage relationships with political agencies, campaigns, PACs, and advocacy groups Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization Oversee programmatic campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting within DSP platforms Provide strategic recommendations to maximize performance, targeting efficiency, and budget allocation Monitor pacing, delivery, and KPI performance to ensure campaign goals are met Translate complex programmatic data into clear, actionable insights for clients Partner cross‑functionally with Ad Ops, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless execution Support renewals and identify upsell opportunities within existing political accounts Stay current on political advertising regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends Qualifications 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or ad tech Direct experience working with DSP platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, or similar) required Experience managing political clients or campaigns strongly preferred Strong understanding of programmatic buying, targeting strategies, and optimization tactics Ability to manage multiple high-priority campaigns in deadline‑driven environmentsExceptional client‑facing communication and presentation skills East Coast location preferred due to political campaign timing and collaboration needs Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign‑born residents, and veterans to apply.
