Senior Contracts Manager

Job Description:

• Support the drafting, negotiation, interpretation and management of proposal and contract documents
• Develop significant customer interaction skills and improve negotiation abilities
• Be the primary focal for external and internal customers regarding contract issues and interpretation
• Provide contract leadership and expertise in developing innovative solutions to complex contracting issues
• Responsible for contracts from cradle to grave
• Provide terms and conditions review and advice on contracting rights and obligations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience including experience with FAR and DFARs
• 5+ years of Government contract management experience
• OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of professional experience including experience with FAR and DFARs
• 5+ years of Government contract management experience
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts
• Active security clearance preferred
• Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance
• Contracting knowledge sufficient to provide advice and counsel
• Must be highly self-directed and able to learn quickly
