Senior Analyst, Treasury
Location:
- Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
- Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office are expected to work in person 8 days per month, allowing flexibility to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
- Travel Expectations: Up to 10%
What you'll do
- Assist in driving full scope of system implementation activities, including gathering functional and technical requirements, designing solution, building interfaces and systems, completing testing cycles, delivering training, and deploying the final product.
- Lead configurations, train clients on technical solutions, and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables, including process documentation and UAT scripts.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, addressing escalations autonomously and identifying additional opportunities within Treasury and/or Clearsulting.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
- 1+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
- Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Drive strategy to improve delivery and sales outcomes.
- Provide TMS subject‑matter expertise to client engagements, involving assessment, treasury process transformation, vendor selections, and TMS implementations.
- Demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction.

The compensation range for this position is $84,000 - $111,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on several factors, including level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards.
This role is eligible for our bonus program.
