Senior Business Analyst

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin-based client to appoint an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in cloud transformation, enterprise systems, and procurement processes. The successful candidate will lead business analysis activities, engage with key stakeholders, and support the delivery of scalable and secure enterprise solutions within a structured project environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years recent Business Analysis experience (mandatory).
• Accreditation from a relevant professional body such as BCS/CABA is desirable.

Key Experience / Competencies / Skillsets

• Broad experience of business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, requirements management, business process analysis and modelling.
• Experience of AzDo or a similar agile requirements management tool preferable; experience of Figma and Keycloak preferable.
• Extensive experience facilitating workshops with diverse participants including virtual and hybrid workshops.
• Experience producing concise and accurate specifications of business needs using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a team environment and on own initiative.
• Ability to identify potential project roadblocks.
• High Level and Detailed Requirements Documents covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
• User Stories and supporting material.
• Process flow diagrams of As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Other deliverables as required depending on the initiative.
