Job Description
Overview
This role will be responsible to perform and keep a track business deliverables of timely manner . This role will need to partner with the finance and sales team to also manage Invoice/TPM related queries. Support Senior Associates to cater for a specific region, account or Finance teams’ requirements
ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain performance reports by customer, region, brand, and account, districts and ZoneDevelop and manage complex Excel models and business reports.Manage trade promotions events in SAP TPM, handle event enrolments, claims, and calendar approvals.Process trade claims, deduction clearances, and manage trade accruals and assisting in quarterly merchandise scrubs.Ensuring and validation of Quarterly Trade payouts in CDA’sPrepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate business insights and results.Create and submit journal entries (JEs)Update and maintain customer/region/account databases in SAPCollaborate with Sales, Sales Finance, and other functions on forecasts, initiatives, and ad-hoc projects.Manage exceptions through verbal and written interactions with Sales and Sales FinanceConduct promotional and financial analysis to support business partners.Maintain strong internal controls and ensure up-to-date contract legends.Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships in a collaborative environment. QualificationsUndergraduate accounting or finance degree preferredExcellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processesStrong communication skills to manage information gathering requestsResults oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely mannerProficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly learn SAP CRM/BW software applicationsAptitude to work with minimal supervisionDetail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenanceAbility to manage multiple time sensitive prioritiesAbility to function well in a team environmentConsistently shows urgency, courtesy and patienceExceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
