Job Description
- Join a publicly traded global manufacturing organization in a highly visible corporate accounting and SEC reporting role supporting executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Lead preparation and review of SEC filings including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and proxy reporting, with ownership of complex and high-judgment disclosure areas.
- Partner directly with external auditors and international business units to support global audits, SOX compliance, accounting policy alignment, and technical accounting matters.
- Drive technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards while supporting areas such as lease accounting, equity compensation, and global financial reporting policies.
- Strong opportunity for a public accounting or SEC reporting professional seeking career growth, broad technical exposure, leadership visibility, and long-term stability within a collaborative corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 3+ years of public accounting or SEC Reporting.
- CPA is a nice to have.
- Comprehensive U.S. GAAP knowledge and understanding of SEC filing requirements.
