The Sr. Account Director is a senior client leader and strategic partner who brings rigor, empathy, and excellence to every aspect of account management. You are deeply fluent in client service, brand strategy, and integrated marketing, with a sharp eye for quality and a strong respect for the craft of the work.In this role, you lead key client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, effective, and high-quality work.

Qualifications & Experience8–10+ years of experience in fast-paced agency environments3–5+ years of experience leading teams and managing direct reportsProven success in Account Director or Sr. Account Director rolesExperience managing complex, integrated accounts (retainer and/or project-based)Strong client management and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneouslyExperience contributing to account growth and long-term planningStrong presenter with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasivelySolid financial acumen and understanding of scopes, budgets, and resourcingHighly organized with strong attention to detail
