Join a leading defence & security organisation working inside a high-performing Security Operations Centre (SOC) protecting complex, high-impact environments. This SOC role is hands-on from day one , investigating threats, tuning detections, improving SIEM capability (Splunk & Sentinel) and helping shape how we defend enterprise and critical infrastructure environments.

You’ll gain exposure to real-world threat intelligence, MITRE ATT&CK, and large-scale SOC operations the kind of experience that accelerates careers. Shift pattern: 2 days / 2 nights / 4 days off Includes 20% shift allowance Hemel Hempstead (on-site) What we’re looking for: • SOC / Security Operations Centre experience • Strong Splunk and/or Microsoft Sentinel skills • Incident investigation & detection tuning experience • Understanding of networking, endpoints, firewalls & core infrastructure • British nationals (eligible for SC clearance – DV eligible role) If you want to build capability in a real SOC, not just monitor alerts, let’s talk.
