Your new roleAs a 3rd Line Systems Engineer, you will act as a key escalation point, supporting and maintaining a wide range of customer environments.

This is a varied role where you will:Provide 3rd line support across infrastructure and systemsWork on tickets, escalations, and project deliveryCarry out client site visits when requiredManage and support core technologies and platformsMaintain clear, accurate documentation and processesFollow structured internal procedures and service standardsContribute to security, compliance, and best practice frameworksYou'll enjoy a great mix of hands-on technical work and client interaction, making this ideal for someone who likes variety in their role.
