Location: Wyoming, DESchedule: Full-Time, School-Based PositionSchool Year: 2026–2027 School YearPay: Negotiable starting at $45/hourContract Type: School-year contract with renewal opportunitiesJob Summary:School-based BCBA supporting students with severe disabilities and autism (ages 2–22). This role focuses on providing behavioral expertise, supporting staff, and developing effective intervention plans to promote student success in the school setting.Duties Include:
Participate in de-escalation strategies and serve on the crisis intervention teamConduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) as neededCollaborate with school teams on behavioral goals within IEPsSupport and oversee data collection and analysisProvide ongoing behavioral consultation and support to staff and studentsQualificationsActive BCBA certification (BACB)Ability to obtain or hold Delaware licensure/certification as requiredPrevious school-based experience preferredExperience supporting students with autism and severe disabilitiesStrong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer:
