This is a permanent opportunity to work on large-scale global retail transformation initiatives and SAP solution delivery.Role: Solution Consultant III - SAP IS RetailLocation: BangaloreExperience: 5-8 YearsInterview Process: 2 Technical Rounds + Hiring Manager (Face-to-Face)Key Requirements (Must Have):• Hands-on experience in SAP IS-Retail• Strong experience in SAP MM (Materials Management) - Mandatory• End-to-end exposure to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes - Mandatory• Experience in SAP Implementation Projects - Mandatory• Functional Consulting background with stakeholder interactionWhat the team is looking for:• Strong configuration and business process understanding across SAP Retail & MM• Experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Merchandise Distribution & Logistics• Knowledge of Retail Master Data (Articles, Sites, Assortments, Listings)• Experience working on integrations such as IDOCs / Proxies, and MM-SD / MM-FI integration• Ability to drive requirement gathering, solution design, FSD preparation, testing, and implementation activities• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is a plus
