You will have ample support, coaching and time to understand and master the various deliverables required. Working closely with our Senior Leadership team, with access to business owners, the role reports to the Sales Manager.

We would like to hire someone who is interested in a career, not a job, who wants to do the work and be recognized for a job well done. 3‑5 years plus experience in sales and admin duties. The role and culture will require you to be very organized, flexible, adaptable, efficient and structured, with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines and performance.
The Role
This job entails being fully responsible for the support role for our sales team and administration duties. Co‑ordinating a smooth new client onboarding process and maintaining existing client satisfaction (i.e., arranging all parts that impact Client Communications, Sales Manager, Operation Manager & Administration Manager). Ensure client delivery standards are met in line with contract terms, as well as handling customer service queries and internal sales calls.
- Sales and admin support for external sales team
- Proposal and quote preparation and submission to clients
- Co‑ordination of smooth new client onboarding process
- Monthly sales reporting to Sales Manager
- Prepare quotes in SIMPRO (CRM) from Technician site info
- Work with Scheduling team for reservations for jobs and book in quote jobs (or schedule for self)
- Commercial & residential annual contract renewals, client follow up sales calls
- Desktop based site assessments and quotes
- Follow up office recommendations from field technicians
- Answering incoming calls including office‑based sales calls
- Maintain client pricing schedules
- General office admin support tasks as required
Experience and proficiency
Requirements: 3‑5 years plus experience in sales and admin duties.
