Job DescriptionResponsible for driving revenue through room sales, F&B, recreation, group bookings, and events.Identify and approach potential clients (corporate, government, schools, travel agents) through networking and cold calling.Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage contracts.Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.Monitor competitor activities and prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high guest satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.Manage client databases and business accounts.This position reports directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing. RequirementsBachelor’s degree is preferred.Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry or a related field.Preferably experienced in 4–5 star hotels.Strong sales background, especially in the community segment, with proven ability to generate revenue.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Solid understanding of the hospitality industry.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.Flexible to work irregular hours when required.Willing to be based in Cisarua, Bogor.Immediate availability is highly preferred.
