Qualifications & PrerequisitesEducation: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience:(1) Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, reservations, guest relations, or front office operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred;(2) Experience working with and taking care of leisure (foreign & domestic tourist), corporate, andwedding guests; and(3) Experience in heritage, boutique, or luxury hotels preferredTechnical & Professional Skills:(1) Knowledge of PMS (Opera / IDS / WINHMS / etc) and Channel Management software (STAAH,Hotel Spider, etc), WhatsApp API usage, Zoho Campaigns (or similar equivalent);(2) Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Leadsquared or similar;(3) Experience handlign Whatsapp Business/ Whatsapp API based guest or sales communication workflows preferred;(4) Ability to maintain sales pipelines, follow-up schedules, and customer databases in a structured and organised manner;(5) Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint; and(6) Understanding of reservations, billing, night audit, and cash handling SOPs and policiesLanguage: Fluency in English & Hindi (Written & Oral)
Key Tasks & Responsibilites:CRM & Sales Tools Management: Maintain and update all leads, client details, and deal progress in the CRM system. Use sales dashboards to track performance and ensure accurate data management.Digital Communication: Handle client communication through email, WhatsApp Business / API, calls, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.Lead Management & Conversion: Respond to all inquiries within defined TAT, understand client needs, handle objections, and convert leads into confirmed business.Sales Funnel Understanding: Have a basic understanding of lead generation and sales funnels. Maintain enquiry databases, customer segmentation lists, and follow-up schedules for weddings, corporates, travel agents, and repeat guests. Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, especially repeat and high-value customers, to ensure long-term business and referrals.Sales Performance Tracking: Track daily and weekly sales performance, monitor conversion ratios, and take steps to achieve assigned sales targets.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze lead sources and maintain MIS reports. Prepare regular sales updates and forecasts for management review.Product Promotion & Business Development: Promote wedding, corporate, and social event packages. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.Client Engagement Activities: Conduct site visits and virtual tours for clients to showcase hotel facilities and services effectively.Learning & Adaptability: Quickly adapt to new tools and stay updated with market trends to improve sales performance.
