JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Safety Professional in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Generally Located In CONUS - Bethesda, Maryland and across the Mid Atlantic Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develop national regulations for NIH safety policies and frameworks.
- Conduct lab/facility audits and inspections.
- Lead accident/incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Advise research staff on compliance practices.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- CSP preferred; safety leadership in biomedical environment.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related; 5+ years experience.
Skills Required
- Safety auditing, risk management, training, OSHA compliance.
