Position Details: Days or Nights available!Full Time, 36 hours per WeekMercy Hospital - W Memorial RdICU Not currently accepting applications for new graduate nurses Overview:Critical Care Registered Nurses are accountable for the provision of nursing care of assigned patients in all phases of care in the ICU. The Registered Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients.Qualifications:Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN LicenseCertifications: BLS & ACLS certified.
Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. NIHSS; if new to the unit nurse will obtain within the first three months of employment in Critical CareOther: Completes Hospital and Unit Specific nursing competency within 3 months of employment and annually, submits to Nurse Manager/ Education Coordinator.
