Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established hospitality venue in Dublin city centre. Our client, a prestigious 4-star hotel, is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join its commercial leadership team. This is a strategic role focused on pricing strategy, revenue optimisation, forecasting, and inventory management across a busy, high-occupancy hotel operation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising revenue performance, analysing market trends, and driving commercial success in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Manage room rates, inventory, restrictions, and distribution channels to maximise revenue performance Implement and monitor revenue strategies across reservation and inventory systems Produce weekly, monthly, and long-range forecasts for occupancy, revenue, and demand Analyse trading performance, market trends, and competitor activity Support budgeting and reporting processes Work closely with senior leadership and commercial teams to drive profitability Ensure pricing and sales strategies are effectively communicated and executed Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in a hotel Revenue Management role Strong knowledge of hotel PMS and revenue management systems such as Opera Cloud, SynXis and IdeaS or similar systems experience Excellent analytical and reporting skills Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Commercially focused with a results-driven approach Package Competitive salary Performance-related incentives Career development opportunities Central Dublin location Supportive and collaborative working environment
