Role OverviewJoin us as the face of the WaterScience Experience Store, a space where customers discover better water for their homes. As a Store Executive, you'll create a warm, premium in-store experience, run demos, solve real water problems, and help customers choose the right products.If you enjoy meeting people, explaining products, and owning store operations, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & SalesGreet customers, understand their water-related issues, and recommend suitable solutions.Conduct demos, water tests, and explain installation/maintenance.Drive monthly sales and conversion targets.Store OperationsMaintain store hygiene, displays, and brand standards.Handle opening/closing routines, Shopify POS billing, payments, and dispatches.Monitor stock levels and ensure demos/displays are functional.Customer Support & After-SalesCoordinate installations and provide basic troubleshooting.Log walk-ins, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM.Maintain strong customer satisfaction.Reporting & MetricsUpdate daily/weekly sales and walk-in reports.Highlight operational issues, customer feedback, and stock gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications1-4 years in retail sales, field sales, or D2C storesStrong communication in English, Hindi & KannadaAbility to explain technical products simplyStrong customer handling & problem-solving skillsWillingness to work weekends & retail hours

Good to HaveExperience in water purifiers, appliances, or wellnessBasic understanding of hard water & filtrationExperience with new store setups or experience centers
