The dorms become a family, and as a Resident Life Coordinator, you will be a big part of shaping that experience.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Resident Life Coordinator, you live in the dormitory on Saint Stanislaus High School Campus. In your role, you:Support the Saint Stanislaus Mission, the boarding program’s goals, and promote the Gospel valuesMaintain a safe, secure, healthy, and encouraging living environmentBuild positive relationships with and cultivate friendships between students. Coordinate after-school activities, fostering an inclusive, active, and engaged communityIdentify and assist students with personal, social, or academic matters and refer students with health, counseling, academic, or personal concerns to appropriate Saint Stanislaus staffEnsure compliance with Saint Stanislaus policies, procedures, and expectationsServe as a role model for studentsRequirementsDo you have the following? High school diploma, some college preferredExperience working with youthKeen interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skillsStrength in working as part of a teamAbility to work independently and take initiativeStrong leadership qualities of confidence, responsibility, and professionalism

Optional, but preferred - Commercial driver’s license (CDL) or willingness to obtain a CDL (*fees and training paid for by Saint Stanislaus) Then this might be the opportunity for you!ScheduleAs a Resident Life Coordinator, you will be responsible for students grades 7 – 12 on weekdays from when classes end in the afternoon until they return to school the next day.Monday – Friday: 7:00 – 8:20 a.m., 3:00 – 11:00 p.m., plus one weekend per monthOff Weekends begin Friday at 5:00 p.m. and end Sunday at 6:00 p.m. Salary and BenefitsSaint Stanislaus offers a competitive starting salary and AMAZING benefits.
